Terms and Conditions

Art commissioned is recognized that it will be the artist vision and artist technique. Artist will work with input from client on the work, and keep them apprised of progress.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Commissioned Work requires 1/3 down to be applied to balance upon completion
• Two roughs will be provided to customer. Additional roughs will be charged.
• Artist retain the copyright. The copyright is a separate purchase.
• Artist will maintain communication to customer on progress.
• All freelance work will be subject to pay once accepted regardless of business use decisions.
• Business freelance work will be paid upon delivery.
• Payments can be discussed.
